We talked Thursday morning and by that afternoon, he had come by, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the sump pump - all in less than 24 hours. James hustles and it shows - he answers every call, responds to every message, and gives customers a straight answer on what's going on and what it will require to fix. Highly recommended!

I tried to replace two bathroom faucets myself after my building did some plumbing work that damaged basically everything connected to plumbing lines. I ran into some unexpected hurdles and ultimately gave up and called James. He had someone over within an hour. In spite of this guy being 6’7, he got into the narrow cabinet opening I was struggling to wedge myself into and did both installations in about an hour. He was also just a very nice guy, which is always a plus. So relieved to have running water again!!! Thank you.

James is as earnest as the day is long. James came to my newly purchased home to complete a sewer scope. He arrived on time, did the work perfectly and personably, and even gave us handy tips on other projects around the house and ways we could save money doing it ourselves. On our 2nd project, things didn't work out because there was a little disconnect with one of the techs sent over. However, when I brought this to his attention, James reached out immediately and went above and beyond to make sure that my fiance and I were good. In a world full of shady contractors, James' honesty and down-to-earth common sense approach to work is a welcomed breath of fresh air. When I tell you the drain fighter is the way to go. I had a backup in my house. I thought it was due to faulty plumbing, but learned that it was y sewage pipe backed. He cleared it and educated me the entire time. Wonderful!!
