James is the One True Plumber in a world of con artists. I say that because he saved me from one. The first plumber I called gave up after he couldn’t snake my drain and said I should pay him $3500 to demo through concrete and install a cleanout. James, who picked up when I called at 1 am, came over the same day and fixed the problem in under three hours for a fraction of that cost. No renovation required - all it needed was a good hydrojetting. He went five rounds with the drain until it was finally clear, and even went the extra mile to educate me and help with cleanup. I can’t say enough good things about him. In a sentence: he’s the guy you wish would show up every time you called a plumber. One never hopes for another plumbing issue, but when it happens he’ll be my first and only call.

I rarely write reviews, but I often look up what others have to say, therefore I will gladly share my experience as well. First, I like how the name Drain Fighter tells exactly what their expertise is. I thought James, the owner, explained everything very well and his staff provided a fast turnaround with excellent results. This is a case of I hope I never have to use their services again, but if I do, they'll be the first I call!

Called Drain Fighter after first failed professional attempt to unclog kitchen sink after 2 hrs. of work. Technician arrived and spent about 1 hour and was able to unclog drain. Also noted issue with leaking diswasher and fixed it right on the spot. Took advantage of special and had 2 clogged drains repaired for same price Mr. Rooter charged for one clog. Drain Fighter was quick, efficient, and provided great service at a great price. My only regret is not calling them first but I have found a quality plumber for all my house needs.

The personnel arrived on time and purchases and installed two toilets well ahead of the estimated time for the job. The toilets were professionally installed and area was cleaned up. In addition, they removes all the old toilets from the house. A job well done
