After nearly a month of waiting on the technician provided by American Home Shield to fix my garbage disposal, I finally said forget it and googled local plumbers. We had a drain clog in our kitchen sink and both basins had water backing up, not a pretty scene especially while guests were here for a visit. We have tried plunger and everything but none worked. I called James in a Saturday afternoon and he showed up early Sunday morning as promised. He fixed the drain in about 30-40 minutes and gave us recommendations for future means to avoid this kind of clog. Very reliable and professional. I would ask James to help again although I really hope this is not needed. :)
