I appreciate the communication from James, as he was very responsive and provided frequent updates. The price he quoted over the phone was the actual price on day of service without any hidden fees. John and his partner did an excellent job detecting the cause of my outdoor drain clog and resolved it quickly. I will use this business again for my future plumbing needs.

On 8/22/2022 The Drain Fighter technician came to do an emergency drain clearing. The technician was responsive, honest and the price was reasonable, given the timeliness of my request. He was polite and explained thee issue at hand. The tech was able to successfully resolve the issue and stop the problem efficiently. Out of the 10 companies I called, the Drain Fighter company was available to coordinate a response even as late as 9pm on a weekend. They came in clutch & delivered. Very satisfied and would use them again.

We highly, highly recommend The Drain Fighter Jetting & Drain Clean! To fix a blocked outdoor drain, we had received a recommendation from Michael & Son to jackhammer the concrete around our 122-year-old home to diagnose and _potentially_ clear the drain, along with a (minimum) $3,500 quote. James Wilkerson from Drain Fighter Jetting & Drain Clean worked on the issue for about 60 minutes, including a 40 minute trip to Home Depot to purchase a basic device to fix the drain. Once got the part, he straightforwardly fixed the issue in under two minutes, and then spent a few minutes more verifying the problem was fully fixed. He saved us at least $3k in service fees, and potentially far more in possible structural damage to our and our neighbors’ property if we had gone with Michael & Son.
