It was a simple job but it needed immediate attention. Professional attention. That is exactly what I got from James! He came, assessed the situation and got to work! Gave me a reasonable quote for both issues at hand and completed the job in no time. He suggested other issues that could arise if certain things were not handled right away and also provide quick solutions for now. James sent someone (Caesar) to my home within 24 hrs to assess the problem. Caesar didn’t hesitate, not even for a second when he had to go into the crawl space beneath the house, which is where my DIY efforts stop. He identified the problem and after receiving the estimate for the work that needed to be done, James was willing to work with me on the price. Caesar fixed the problem the same day and even changed another water spigot for me. I will def use Drain Fighter’s services again if needed.

James, from Drain Fighter was called for a stopped-up drain in my basement floor utility room on September 17, 2024, about 7:00pm. He asked me a series of questions over the phone to ascertain exactly what the problem was. He told me to turn off the air conditioner and not to run my washing machine anymore.
